GENERAL ATTITUDE AND PERCEPTION OF DENTISTRY STUDENTS TOWARDS ONLINE LEARNING

Objectives: To evaluate the attitude and perceptions towards online learning of BDS students Rehman College Of Dentistry (RCD), Peshawar. Methods materials: This Cross sectional descriptive study was conducted at Dentistry,Peshawar from October 2020 to march 30, 2021.An initial draft questionnaire designed using literature review informal discussions with attending classes due COVID 19 pandemic. The sent four experts for expert validation. After pilot testing amended fi nding its reliability (Cronbach alpha) be 0.8, distributed amongst rst nal year RCD via Google forms non-probability convenience sampling. Sample size calculated 132 openepi calculator .SPSS versions 24 used data analysis. Results: Out 15 questions, disagreed 6 agreed 3 neutral agree questions disagree 2 questions. A slightly negative response recorded by regarding acceptability perception learning. Conclusion: Although, E-learning has been globally accepted as a primary teaching modality but third world countries are still it hard implement .Sincere efforts proper planning should done gain fruitful results improve short comings our education system.
